Meet Tanea
Tanea Ellis is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) and consultant with over 25 years of experience helping individual and organizational leaders cultivate strong work cultures and thriving work-life balance from within. She has held senior leadership positions at Mediabrands, Columbia University, and Disney-ABC TV, and served as an internal and external coach, facilitator, and consultant across industries.
Tanea's Story
A lifelong learner and advocate for leadership development, Tanea has always been drawn to helping others succeed. Her career in organizational psychology has allowed her to combine her passion for leadership development with her ability to analyze data and solve problems. Tanea is committed to empowering leaders to make informed decisions, build high-performing teams, and create positive change for their lives and their organizations. Her background in journalism and organizational psychology has equipped her with the skills to analyze complex problems, identify solutions, and inspire teams to achieve extraordinary outcomes. ​

Tanea holds a master’s degree in Social-Organizational Psychology from Columbia University and a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Lehigh University. She earned her coaching certification from New York University and holds master certifications in coaching through the International Coaches Federation (ICF), Mindful Leadership through the Search Inside Yourself Leadership Institute (SIYLI), and Designing Your Life (DYL) from Stanford University.
