She earned her master’s degree in Social-Organizational Psychology from Columbia University, her bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Lehigh University, and coaching certification from New York University. She holds master certifications in coaching through the International Coaches Federation (ICF); Mindful Leadership through the Search Inside Yourself Leadership Institute (SIYLI); Designing Your Life (DYL) created at Stanford University; as well as instructional design, facilitation, and leadership assessments with Langevin Learning Services, Development Dimensions Incorporated (DDI), American Management Association (AMA), and The Myers-Briggs Company. She is a member of Omicron Delta Kappa, National Leadership Honor Society; Psi Chi, International Honor Society in Psychology; and Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc., committed to service, leadership and empowerment.
