![]() As I experience storms in my own life and support my clients through theirs I am more than ever encouraged to remind you that storms can serve as a place of power and not dread. The storms you face present you with an opportunity to learn and grow, to stretch and go beyond what you thought was possible.In this week's Sun-day design I want you to dig deep and persevere. That means making a different choice, letting go of someone or something that is no longer aligned with your greater good. Like surfing a surfing wave there is so much POWER to gain from examining the full spectrum of the experience. Even if you're going through personal health issues, grieving the loss of a loved one, caring for elder parents, or rebounding from recent job woes, trust that no matter how defeated you may feel you always have the power within to shift things, creating the momentum you need for a bigger turnaround. What if you look at the eye of the storm and use that fury of energy as a source of your motivation and drive. Decide how you will show up. Create your own clarity to understand why you're facing the storm you're in right now. Is it a reflection of the areas of life that still need work, were unattended, or deferred to some other convenient date.
